Engagement Rules & Pricing
Total Fee: 12.5% - 25% of annual salary
ie. 1.5x monthly salary - 3x monthly salary
Fee structure: 20/40/40 ie. of total fee
- 20% of expected total fee upfront upon contract signing
- 40% of total fee upon candidate signing contract
- 40% of total fee 6 weeks after candidate’s work begins
